I think he is looking to be able to build closer to the Monuments in game, quite sure it is impossible to change, as the colliders are client side as far as I know

 

the request it to remove building blocked at (or smaller radius) monuments/radtowns

 

you can only copy-paste there

You can also use the Build plugin to build/deploy/erase stuff there.

Yep it works perfectly, I made...well I rebuilded Airfield thanx to copy paste put new things there, 3rd runway and also (thanx to zone manager flag no stability ) a flying HQM Helicopter, well its only staying on one place but in air patroling the place - got there a sniper nest for me to scare of players and troll them with microphone yelling RUSTPD - hands up mf
