Broadcasting over chat with a chat command

Couldn't find a post for this, but eh, prove me wrong.

Trying to create a chat command that admins can use to hide themselves. Similar to say in console, but it says "Server Admin: Their Message" and you use "/msg message" in order to do so. I sort of used BetterSay as a template, but couldn't really get it working in the way I'd like.

Any help would be amazing.

Made that plugin, similar to Easy Broadcast, but allows you to place a tag such as Admin or anything you'd like, change the color of chat, and the tag, etc. And anyone can use it with permissions. Send a PM if you'd like it.

Default is "Admin : Message"
Command is /say
