Rust Boating Lights

I was wondering if its possible to add the spotlight (from the helis) to the front of the boat toggalable with F (just like any other lights), possibly add a red/green light on the rear corners of the boats. Please if possible add that when the engine turns off or runs out of LG the lights turn off as well (and wont turn on unless the engine is on)

 

Willing to toss a few bucks to get this made... really sucks barrel hunting at night with no lights
