    Okay, i added researchpaper already to loottable from Betterloot. I can also find papers, but they are empty... nothing on it...

  8. Hello RedBDGR and Fujikura, excellent work bringing back the oldschool feel of rust, and even bigger props for not keeping it to yourself! (Not mentioning any names, wink wink nudge nudge). I'd like to report a bug but considering this bug probably isn't caused by plugin functionality alone, i'm not sure if this is the right place to ask about it. I'm using a plugin called HotKeys to bind the /research command to a key for all players that join the server.

    So pushing O performs chat.say /research. What happens is if i push this more than once (Say a second time to try and close the menu, like the inventory and quickcraft menu behaviour) it ends up overlaying a second version over it, reporting in chat that "Stopping looting because lootable doesn't exist!" as well as breaking the research window until relog/plugin reload. Any ideas what I could do to make this close the research window the second time i push this key? Or is this something I'd have to tweak HotKeys to do?

    I also get this in the console when the issue happens:

  9. Not really sure that there is a lot i can do in the plugin to prevent this from happening, but perhaps you could modify hotkeys to do something like this...

  12. Sorry to bombard but we've encountered another issue that I can't quite figure out how to solve. Players are not being assigned any of the default blueprints so they can't make a hammer or building plan. Is this normal behaviour?

    Can confirm, cannot craft paper. Says I don't have the BP for it

  14. Hello, I have been trying to figure this problem out for a while now. I'm not getting any blueprint frags from the barrels. Only vanilla things.
     
  15. You'll need to use a plugin like BetterLoot (easy setup) or LootConfig (More complex but more control) to configure the object 'researchpaper' to spawn in barrels, crates etc.

    Also thanks for reverting redBDGR, all problems (minus the hotkey one thats on my side) fixed. Top dev.
     
  16. How am I suppose to get Blueprint frags and all the other blueprint features in the game? I tired putting my server back to the July 2016 beta but none of my friends or me could join it.
     
  17. Both the server and you need to be running the july2016 branch if you want to play that, you can choose july2016 in the steam properties for Rust. However remember that only players running that same july2016 branch will be able to see or connect to your server. Most people use the current branch
     
  18. Hi, I understood it that you can't get the Blueprint Fragments back in the Game. The developer used the research paper for this instead. You need to edit the loot table ! You can do it over BetterLoot plugin. Install it and search for a folder called loottable - check the itemlist before though and find the id from th research paper, add it to the loottable and there you go. You can remove the other components out of the loot table if you want.

  20. No, that is the private mod implementation that mimics the behavior of july2016 on the current branch. This plugin here is a different way of doing it also on the current branch, just instead of using fragments you use research papers. No tiers to the blueprints, just random.
