You cannot have bp frags on ur server without a private plugin, only researchpapers and /randombp command.

You didn't get me, i meant the real Blueprint Fragments/pages/books and libraries.

Temp fix for those who use this plugin:
Rename: InvokeHandlerEx
To: InvokeHandler
Note: I have no experience with C so I have no idea what side effects this will cause! So you are doing it at your own risk!
And update the plugin when owner updates it! -
There are no side effects, that was actually the fix.
