Rust Block kill messages in certain areas

Would it be possible, or is it possible to block kill feed messages from Death Notes for Rust | Oxide in a certain radius? say if you wanted to stop messages from an arena spamming chat.

Yes there is an option to activate in config
Message Radius Enabled and Message Radius

 

Is this just for the event deaths or for death notes??

 

I don't mean to only send the death message to a certain radius, i mean is it possible to block these kill messages from being displayed if the kill is inside a certain area, so that something like an arena doesn't fill up chat when its on.
