Look at the changelog of 4.1.6
It was temporarely disabled as its not currently possible in a universal plugin. I am trying to find a fix soon.

The group ordered manually. t,and K commands do not work. just copied and pasted and fixed on your settings

Now everything seems to work fine again ... except for the avatars ... and why does the plugin create a group named "laserhydra"?

Adding users to group default works now.
Making changes to groups are now accurately reflected in-game and in Groups.json

Clan tags and god tag still do not work.

As soon as the plugin is loaded, there is a permission created called betterchat.group.laserhydra

 

I notice that myself
group remove laserhydra

@LaserHydra the latest version you posted there seems to of fixed the spamming
