Best way to track moderators/staff in server?

I need to add staff to my server I'm just a bit wary about giving people permissions and not knowing what they're doing behind my back - what's the best way to track everything they do?

 

I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but choosing trust worthy people you hopefully know would be great. With that said, scrolling through console logs I suppose?

 

add vanish plugin set the permission to your user only then you can follow and watch them

 

Maybe a real answer to this is a plugin that doesn't exist yet, maybe one that simply tracked and logged admin level commands? That'd make things easy.
