Banned from my server by Facepunch

No if steam vac ban rules its right.or then they change rules.its about 4 months when i read rules

 

AFAIK rust is not monitored (or at least monitored to some small exception) by VAC, and is mostly handled by EAC

 

So if i give players my server somekind fly or anyother permission trought plugins without admin permission they have high risk to get EAC ban?and admin with auth lvl2 dont get that ban?

 

No, getting kicked for a flyhack violation is not the same as getting caught by EAC software performing scans and what not on certain aspects of your computer. I'm not even sure if the serverhack violations get sent to EAC / Facepunch

 

does anyone know of some "known cheat software" that could cause this and maybe i can find it and delete it? they say thats what my problem is. i never downloaded any as far as i know but if i did would it not show up in my files?

 

No.and if you dont know what softwares runn you pc its mayby good to make glean install your windows or linux

I didn't say it was impossible to get a VAC ban from rust, but from what i know it is mostly handled by EAC

 

Technical support does not want to understand the situation and added me to the blacklist. Even if not guilty.

 

So they dont show you how you cheat?sound fair game if you are really not guilty

no just me and no i dont know what auto hotkey is lol, iv only been on pc for a few weeks now.

 

It's pretty evident you got banned for hacking, just accept it and move on.

There is no way on this earth EAC would ban you because of the plugins you use on your server. They only ban for client-side modifications afaik and you getting kicked or whatever for flyhack wouldn't cause the ban but would most definitely flag your account for further inspection.

 

you would of had something running in the backround like a script or something, check all your processes

and eac is a pretty bad anti cheat tbh so no clue how you got banned, oxide shouldn't cause any problems anyway.

well ryan. i dont know how i got it in the first place.so maybe id like to find out so when i reformat my pc and try to use ur plugins again i dont get it again. cause i def got it durring the process of adding ur plugins. if u look through all the forums ull see just a couple days ago i was trying to get these plugins workin. first time ever doin this type of thing. havnt been downloading anything els.

 

just contact facepunch to appeal your ban, i know ppl who got there ban removed even when they where cheating

 

Support EAC refused to check, because they do not care.

 

It was not a good idea to run the server, if u had no pc experience, lol.
None of the plugins could trigger anticheat, cuz they ran on server. EAC is the anticheat, that could be triggered by macroses, software that injects directly into rustclient.exe or modifying assemblycsharp.dll etc. On YOUR pc.
