I have a question, you can put a minimum time to remove the base
EX: In 24 hours every player base is banned removed

Make API functions that there would be possibility to delete user buildings by steamid or by netuser value. Or I would suggest to make comandless plugin like Base remover API and you extend it with this plugin, because I see some stuff I don't even need. For example Death and DeathMessages are 2 seperate plugins.
