Auto updating and restarting the server

Hey all, forgiveness if this has been asked/answered I tried searching but didn't find it. I did see the thread about auto restarting so that helped.

I'm running a Hurtworld Oxide server on my spare computer for my friends and I to screw around on. But every time Hurtworld updates I have to manually shut down the server, update and then restart it.

I tried using this method with the cmd file

But it seems to want an executable and doesn't work very will with the batch file I have starting the server. My dos batch programming is super rusty so that's probably the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
