Auth Level [Unmaintained]

    have a problem with my name, I enter in the console "authlevel ShainiX 2" but it said Invalid player name! Please try again

    Any names with spaces need to be enclosed in quotations.

    Your original message has it as "ShainiX 2", which has a space. You could always try using a partial as well.

    No not really, ingame but at the desktop because i've a big problem everytime I sign me in the oxide.users.json as "admin" it changes after restart to "player" idk why, so i've to do that with the rusty rcon tool.

    p.s: I've a root.

    For this plugin to work, you'd need to be in-game. The reason your user resets to player each time is because it was never saved. So you'd either need to join the game and use this plugin, or follow the steps here instead: http://oxidemod.org/threads/admin-and-moderators-in-rust-experimental.6520/.

    Did you log out and back in after setting it? If you still have access, then you still have an auth level 1 or 2.

    Generally it should. Did you check your users.cfg for additional entries as mod or owner?

    Initially there is one line that I'm the owner (after the initial server configuration). Remove and try again?

    P.S. "On the fly " not working. When I entered as admin, the comands don't change status . As player - the same . Only log out and back.
