Rust Armored Walls Decay Controller

I can't seem to find if there is a mod specifically to control the decay rate on Armored Tier walls.

Would this be possible?

My server is mainly huge bases with armored walls, and I really need to try to decay them within a 12 hour inactive period.

I believe it can be changed to suit your needs in config

 

There is no config, and I can't figure out how to modify the plugin.

 

I will double check when I get home, I must of missed it.
