Solved YouTube / music player

Requesting a Youtube Player/ Music player. Sort of like PlayX on Gmod. Would be nice to have permissions to where you can set who can use it. Itd be nice if it could be a server-wide thing and not clientside. Votesongs, Voteskip, and more. If there is already something like this i apologize. Id be very appreciative if you would link it.
