XP removal with update?

Does anyone know 100% if XP is completely being removed with tomorrows update?

XP is meant to be improved upon, not completely removed. So expect some future changes, but a continuation of the system.

XP will be in tomorrow's update, the component system needs to be tested heavily before it can be added.
