Solved Won't set me as admin

So, on my newly made oxide server. I entered the correct ownerid command in console and can spawn in items in game, fly, and et cetera. Yet, my chat handler does not set me as an "Owner", nor can I use "/god" and or any other admin commands. But, when I assigned one of my friends admin, he had access to all of the things that I didn't, so what's going on?
