Wiping bugged parachutes

Hi, I have hundreds of parachutes permanently flyistuck in the sky, due to the "airdrops" plugin avoiding official airdrops. This problem has been for days, but I was lazy to solve it, hoping for a update-wipe (don't tell my players xD). Do anyone know how could I get rid of them?

PS: If you allow me a second question, not less important but only affecting me and another player, do you know how could I unlearn all my blueprints? I admin-given Ak recipe to me and another player, and both are bugged (we see craft-list completely empty -so cannot craft anything-, with a warning in client console about "Unknown blueprint id! Updating blueprints"). If you tell me I should, I will open a new thread for that.

About the other stuff (the PS one), you got any advice, or should I wait for the wipe to fix it?
