Solved Where to put the plugins?

I'm new to this, where exactly do I put the plugins after I install Oxide? By any chance is it ROK_Data/Plugins/?

is any problem or what when one file has eding .cs and second .lua

 

so .cs and .lua is that same ?
so .cs and .lua is working plugin sure ?

i add mods to the plugins folder by clicking upload on ROK fragnet server and it does nothing?

how can i do it manually?

yeah i try but it says uploading for about an hour and does nothing
