Solved Where do I enter permissions?

Hi, the mods on this site are awesome, thanks to all who work on them. I have a rust server from that is hosted on streamline servers. I need to issue (oxide) permissions for some of the mods, but I cant figure out where I would do it. I tried writing them to a cfg file under file manager and it crashed server, iv tried with F1 in game and using chat system in game. Streamline has a command line manager and a web console (I am having trouble navigating them also, however if that's where i enter commands i'll figure out how to get in there )

I've seen you wrote a lot on the subject and it explains what is going on very well. I just had problems getting the commands to work. I will try commands from f1 console again I imagine I wasn't properly set as Owner. Thanks
