Solved Where can I find the Rust API?

For write my own plugins i need to know all API of Rust,but i cant find it in internet,can someone help me with this problem?

for example i dunno where peoples take this:Spawns.Call rust.SendChatMessage global.BasePlayer.Find permission.UserHasPermission command.AddChatCommand and so on.

Rust doesn't have an API, Oxide provides API hooks for plugins to utilize, and you can dig into the Rust DLL to find more functions to call using Oxide.
