So i found this fix for my ports not opening :
I had that same issue. I fixed by changing the permissions of User to full control on the rust server folder, then you rename your appmanifest then run the steamcmd again.
but i cant reach the guy who commented this.... and i dont know where to find the appmanifest and dont even know what i can name it. Could someone help me?
