What is garbage collect?

    I have lots of problems with gc spikes which makes my server really unplayable.

    Sadly I do nit know how these "Garbage Collect" work and I was wondering if I could clean these "garbage" via the console or something?
    Or maybe a plugin.

    Some plugins even say [GARBAGE COLLECT] like Economy banks and hurtstore.
    I removed all my plugins to test and still the spikes are there. Maybe it is in the savegame but i just (10th of June) wiped the server. (Hiw can i sell this to players with their bases

    The time warnings you see are just letting you know what triggered it. Pretty much every game is constantly running garbage collect to cleanup the memory used. There are a lot of general .NET articles around the net if you'd like to learn what it does.
