Solved What do the .data files do, should I save them?

I will give Wipe, will save BP(UserPersistence.db?), and will install the plugins:

EntityOwner for Rust | Oxide
Auto Purge for Rust | Oxide
ConnectionDB for Rust | Oxide

What saves the files??
oxide.covalence.playerdata.data
oxide.groups.data
oxide.users.data

Can I delete them?
