Weird thing happening with turrets/Murderers

Im on my test server and was spawning in murderers for testing my leaderboard.
As soon as i killed a murderer outside my base all my base turrets turned on me and tried to kill me
So i turned them all off and back on again and did the same test again.
Sure enough they all attacked me again.

Can someone on their own server test this - see if they get the same result
i have my turrets 2 floors up on the roof and was shooting down at the murderers.
This way the turrets dont try to shoot the NPC evn though they didnt try as they seen me as the target.
