my experience is there are spawn the new Keycards in supermarket/gasstation on the table and lighthouse. I removed one underground in a supermarket with ent.kill now there are dont respawn the keycard on the table and no respawn the planks :O
Oh yes, that's true. I did see a keycard on the table nearby. Does it stays that way after server restart?
