Just put a failing webrequest in a loop and the server acted normally for me.

 

Well Here is the log server was frozen during this error spam

 

Contact @Reneb as it is his plugin throwing all the request errors, It probably nothing he can fix and its your website that is having problems.

 

my website is fine we are not throwing errors other then you are right about his plugin.
