Solved Web based RCON vs Oxide RCON

    We were using a web based RCON for our GTX server box. Is there a huge difference in Rcon's? I am fairly new to the admin game. kinda got thrown into it now im running 2 servers 1 pvp and 1 pve. Kinda depend on Rcon to tell me what i messed up on. And with last oxide updat it took out web based rcon. Call me a noob but im afraid to throw stuff on server box that is more than just a mod.

    They use the same protocol, there is no difference. Using Oxide's RCON for Rust though is pointless though, because of it being the same. Oxide's RCON is intended for games that do not have RCON already.
