Weather.fog setting not working?

How come when my fog is at weather.fog 0 I still see fog all over the place, on other servers I see 0 fog.... '

Also I can connect but some people are getting
reconnect_error_no_address

 

I recommend using the weather controller plugin. Just google search it, you'll find it. It works well for me and allows me to control the weather however I'd like to. If you have any more questions, just reply and I'll get back to you. Like this post if it helped!
