Water and building previews aren't rendering

Am i the only person who has this problem after last update?

i can't see water nor the building preview only the shadows of the building preview guiding me for placement.

This way its almost impossible to build!

 

I remember like some months ago there was a bug after update with black water and other weird things

Try changing your grafic quality to MAX and lower it

 

i figured it out,


Its mostly a problem on Ati cards, i switched from best quality to balanced in Catalyst , problem solved ( i guess anisotropic flitering( was 16x )
