Solved Walls are floating, how do I fix them?

these are folating.. how do i fix it?

 

my guess is that you have zone manager running with the nostability flag enabled there if so /Zone_edit *id* and then /zone nostability false. Otherwise if it happens all accross the server it's a flag in your startup file disabling stability
