Voting - Polls for the server, with totally efficient voting form!

Simply a polling plugin on your server, a small explanation of how it works, the player with rcon or the permission type / voting <announcement>, and announced for every server, players simply type / vote yes or no, to vote for Poll, after the given time it is closed and announces the message of which won there the administrator does what he put in the poll.
