Solved Vote day / night

The current vote day plugin is very inaccurate. There should be two options: Vote for, and Vote against. That way it surveys the correct amount of people. This way it surveys both the negative and positive sides of the vote instead of putting the AFK people and the people who have chat disabled as voting against daytime.


The fraction to determine the vote should be:
Positive Votes
Positive + Negative Votes

Instead of:

Votes
Population
