Rust Voice chat notifications

    Hello everybody, I'm looking for a plugin for my server who show avatar + nickname if someone talk with V chat.
    Like in this video:

    I need this for disting who talk near me, thx !

    That was part of the game before it was removed some updates ago.
    We might be able to draw their name on your screen. Not sure about the images though.

    You can do both, just pull the avatars in via Steam's API if they aren't directly available via Rust.
