I need a plugin that allows a member of a group like VIP to instantly upgrade a building using the ingame hammer building tool.
· Player must have upgrade resources in his inventory
· Added resources (tax) % to do the upgrade ( set by admin)
· Cooldown timer
· Daily limit
· Uses oxide permissions
· Both console and chat commands to change options
· Exclusive plugin use for 6 months minimum
