1. Alright where do I begin, every since the update Thursday night(4/5/18) I've had nothing but problems. The server "Timed Out" roughly forty(40) times, about every fifteen(15) to twenty(20) minutes, sometimes just randomly. I've looked at the logs, I watch my Rcon.IO like a hawk and I'm just not seeing what's causing the issue. I've attached a list of all the plugins I use, the ones that are highlighted, I've removed during this whole process of trying to figure out what's going on with the server and currently NOT installed onto the server.

Once again, I have no idea what's going on, it just keeps "Timed Out" and sends me back the rust main screen. This issue isn't just on my end, everyone that joins the server experiences the same issue, as well as the RCON.IO and FileZilla both get disconnected. Please help.

  2. Try update oxide to last version.

  3. I use game GameServers.com, under my control panel it allows me to do just that. I have updated Oxide2 a few times after I wiped the server. I did change the map size from 3000 to 4500 in the config file.

Your host may be providing an older build that was broken. I'd suggest checking with them to make sure they are providing the latest per our changelog: Release build changelog

  5. Ok, I will try to contact them now, thank you Wulf. What if they don't provide the latest Oxide2? Am I just screwed? Lol!

Also is there a way to check my server to see which version of Oxide I'm using?

You can check using the oxide.version command.

  7. Ok, I did check the server and Gameservers.com also confirms I'm using the updated version of Oxide.

    1. The WebSocketException in one of the images is from an RCON client disconnecting, likely one that doesn't support web sockets.
    2. The "Failed to call hook OnEntityTakeDamage" from the IndestructableBuildings plugin is likely a lack of a check in that plugin.
    3. The rest of the errors I am unsure of, but they aren't coming from Oxide itself.

  9. Poop........ lol! Now I don't know what to do. Should I remove plugins one at a time to see if that fixes the issue or delete everything, start fresh.......I''m just lost as to what to do now. Everything was working great..........then the update happened........

The only plugin error you showed was the Indestructable one. Are you seeing other errors from plugins?

  11. Ummm..... Not that I remember. I did have other plugins installed as well that I removed trying to figure this whole thing out. It still Times Out but not as often as it did. I'm gonna mess with the plugins for a bit, see what happens and if/when I get errors I will post them shortly. Thanks Wulf, you deserve a raise or something. xD

  12. I've made a ticket for help from the company I rent the server from and I'm waiting for a response. In the meantime I've been looking into the issue myself. I happen to glace into a file marked "Output.log". I don't know if its Plugin related but this is what happened right before it "Timed Out". Its showing this right before every time it times out, sometimes it probes three times sometimes its two.
[DOUBLEPOST=1523078991][/DOUBLEPOST]Ok. After much much much head scratching and aspirin, I've figure out the problem. The server keeps crashing because it maxes out on RAM then crashes. That's the issue. I don't think its because of the plugins, I think its memory leak in rust or something. Never had this issue before until the update, maybe the new trees and scientist? Guess I'll have to work on a solution. Thanks everyone for all your help.
