Reign of Kings Vanish / no clip

Invisibility for admins something like /vanish.
We know its possible because the bloody hackers have it. Why should they get better tools then admins?

Also noclip would be nice

Probably not possible, but atleast let me ask

As an admin on a full server i can't go to situations without people backing off when they see me and therefor not getting the right information on what the situation is about.
I know hacks has this ability, but is it possible to make a script so admin can be invisible with todays hooks?

 

Not sure about the admin invisibility thing, i have i a quick go and couldn't make any progress toward it as a mod.
HOWEVER, if you want to be able to monitor situations as an admin without being seen,
when you type '/tp yourname' you'll notice it jaunts you forward in a static direction, use this with fly mode to clip through beneath the map and you can watch the events of your server unfold above you.
This also lets you get into bases and things.

 

Is there anyway to make admins invisible? We have admins that regular check peoples inventory but checking chests seems to annoy people cause it disrupts their gameplay and they don;t like us snooping even though were admins XD We want something so we can be more discreet?

 

A possible alternative option is to write a short plugin that takes a player name, then locates each ItemContainer that the player owns.
And then goes through each container (similar to the Inventory check plugin) and lists all items in there.

 

That would be ideal also since people have have hidden chests etc.

 

Anyone found a method for this yet?

 

You people ever heard of “videofly“?
No need for a mod, the Game Support s it already.

Your admin character stays somewhere on the map and you can fly anywhere else, without the character moving, so no one can see you...

 

Im guessing you dont know that stuff doesnt render if to far away in videofly. im a full time admin, i need invisablity. not videofly.

 

videofly its good but you need to be close players or base what you want see.game not download new area when you moving with videofly.thatkind plugins need what koni ask.players dont want to see supermans flying all around map
