Solved Vanilla ! chat commands?

    Played in too many vanilla sevrer and most of them have !Commands or something like this, but form my knowledge looks like its not plugin. Searching in google and found nothing. Is there anyone who can help me do it. I have RustAdmin, if this tool does it or its not related with the Rcon?

    There are a few threads on this already which have this answered, but the basics would be that both RustAdmin and plugins could handle this, though I don't see the need for it. Rust itself listens for / chat commands, so using ! isn't anything special. For a plugin to do it, they'd need to listen in OnPlayerChat.
