UTF-8 in the server hostname?

Hello. I want to make the host name korean but is displays like this after i finish setting and turning my server on.
(btw the english parts are all fine)

like this. i tried UTF-8 encoding in bat file.

If you sort modded servers to show the bottom of the nameslist: you can see chinese-like characters. So I think it might be possible.

I am trying to insert a white-hand-pointing-to-the-right symbol myself in the hostname.
You could do this is by typing it directly into the shortcut-target.

So: create shortcut to RustDedicated.exe
then rightclick - properties that shortcut
make target something like this:
RustDedicated.exe +server.hostname "type your unicode characters here"

Or you can create a folder named cfg in the same map where your RustDedicated.exe is, with in it a file named server.cfg. Open it with notepad, and insert something like:

server.identity "YourIdentity"
load

Save as: coding: utf8

then create a shorcut (you have to startup in batchmode and give a seed) to:
RustDedicated.exe -batchmode +server.seed 9999
The config file will be loaded as default values. Including your unicode name.

Then, if you run that shortcut, it will show up in unicode in the serverslist.
(the serverconsole will still display ?? I hope that is not a problem for you)

 

Welp;; I found that my other rivals had succeded printing korean characters in hostname;;
Still i cant find any problems.
my computer is 64bit, installed many computer launguage packages also 16 GB free rams.
I dont think my computer error. could you check it out please?

This just prints the unicode itself;;
also even i used UTF_8 encoding in my batch file keep printing as ???? or wrong korean characters that isnt propriate. [keep prints out different things i wrote rust server gather x75 in korean and says in random;; its all shuffled or wrong;;]

Oh and another question. I chose oxide because all the people visiting my blog says dedicated server doesnt goes in rust modded list if no oxide
so i added it. i thought it would go to first line becauseits hosting in my computer. but why chinese people is joining? i thought i change to Korean Server might lure some koreans also i told my friend to search my server and he says Nope. No such server. Can you fix this problem?

Please help me as soon as possible to make my description into bulgarian. Its like russian language. Iam using RSM 3.7 and typed in description in original Bulgarian language with cyrlici and its saved somewhere in files. Then via guides form different threats just changed files: start.bat in rust server directory and settings.ini in save folder for current map to UTF-8 encoding in save as window and still notihng. i need to edit and other files? I made new thread UTF-8 Description and uploaded images of my problem in RSM and ingame with the strange wired characters. Please help because i cant start publicly good server with this mess in the description.
