Using Workshop skins on the server?

Hey, I know it's not the first post about this, but I'm searching for a way to use workshop skins (or just files) inside of my server, like custom logo on shirt etc.
Can you answer me? If there's a plugin, do you know where to find it?

Create an autokit with Kits plugin and then go in the data file (I believe) and edit the skin id
