Solved Using Rust though Hamachi?

Greetings, i make my Rust server with this tutorial :


And when i want to join here with my friends trough hamachi i just set up my IPv4 adress on Hamachi and server port which is 28015 and when i try to sent them that IP it doesnt work.. dont know someone why?

They are joined on my Hamachi i dont wanna pay for some server monthly and my english + PC knowledge is not too high to know how to allow people going on my server trough that Port Router or whatever is that they saying everywhere to make external IP adress + server port adress but idk what is that..

Can someone help me
