1. How can I get the skin id's of skins that aren't approved?

  2. I believe that is currently NOT supported.

  3. Actually I did such a plugin, but engine prevents use of them. It attempts to download the skin, but disconnects after that. Just FYI the forum won't support such a plugin anyways. Me neither.

  4. I was on a server which was using unapproved skins and the client just downloads them as your playing and applies the skin once their done downloading and i was never kicked.

  5. It is certainly possible. I don't know if using workshop skins that are not yet approved counts as "pirating" though.

    That's the debate. :p

  7. Exactly .. its very possible to do. Maybe if you use custom skins that you yourself created in the workshop.
That would be on the lighter side of the grey area.. maybe :)

Yeah, leaning toward the normal workshop ones being fine, just not paid ones.

  9. I made a simple plugin to spawn in items with the workshop skins. But also a really simply way to do this even if it is more tedious you can simply change the skinID of the item you want to the workshopID in the Kits data file.

  10. This happens when you apply a skin that was created with the Rust SDK and hasn't been converted to the new workshop format yet. :)

  11. How do I get the workshop ID's?
