Solved Using FTP to restart server?

How do you restart the rust server from FTP, click which application, and how to use FTP to restart the server?

You do not use FTP to do anything other than manage files. Either use your host's panel or an RCON application, such as the one found at RustAdmin - Rust server RCON administration tool.
