User has a EAC ban on my server?

I can't find him in any bans.cfg, but he can't log onto my server, and we don't know how he got the ban, but that's what it says when he tries to log onto my server.

Any idea on how to un-EAC ban him???

 

you can't un-EAC ban anyone, if they are banned it means they cheat.

server.secure 0
it will deactivate EAC. (and will be an open door for hackers to join in )

 

My understanding is he walked through a wall that wasn't rendered for him... I've seen people walk through stuff that wasn't rendered for them before, but I was playing with them and they didn't get EAC banned... maybe he disconnected in the wall or something. idk... I checked the EAC log, and a couple other steam ids got banned around the same time.... Not the people he was with.

So I'm confused.

I use no plugins for anticheat.

I turned server.secure 0 in console (Rusty), it said it changed, but then the most recent user still couldn't connect... These are users that I have no evidence of them cheating. I think something is bugged.

What should I do?

 

if they got EAC banned there is nothing that u can do they need to make a new steam account and buy a new copy of the game.

 

No, this is totally wrong. EAC staff can unban players and have done so. VAC bans are very hard to get removed.
