Solved Used "server.stop", any way to make server online now?

server.stop

i can stop (disconnected the server from net) without stop the rust - server. the message "[Raknet] Server Shutting Down (Stopping Server)" is coming. serverstate is: not connected but running ...

which what command can i reconnect the server without full restart ?

 

ok, i ask otherwise: how can i start a server, but only player can only connect after a setting time to let the server time, to load all without problems like:

serverver start, loading all but player can connect after 5 minutes
