Rust Upgrade pillars by command

hey everyone.
is there any plugin for upgrading Pillars only?

 

There is one that you do /up or /down but it goes to the entire building, idk if you want that, but the Build plugin has /builgrade level, you just aim at the pillar and right click and it will upgrade ( 1 at a time tho ).
