Solved Updating Oxide?

Just as the title says, would someone mind walking me through the process? I'm afraid I'm going to fuck my plugins up, as my friend installed them for me in the first place. :/ I'm tech savvy, I just need someone to walk me through the steps please. I can log onto steam and make a call or TS... or whatever. Someone please, just help
