Solved Updating Oxide with host?

Hi,
I'm quite new to Rust and me and my friend rented a server few weeks ago.
I always wondered, can I update Oxide by simply copying and overwriting the files that I download from the Oxide page or do I have to use every time the "install" button in my server hoster panel? (our provider is DeinServerHost).

That's all I do on my unmanaged server box (no GSP control panel, just a normal Windows server), so I imagine that's all that the 'Install' button does on your GSP anyway.
