Solved Updating my Rust server with SteamCMD?

To start the post, yes. I have looked online and have tried a multitude of things.

I'm running the rust server locally and privately.

I'm curious on how the heck I update the server. I've tried this

@steamcmd +login anonymous +app_update 258550 validate +quit
pause

I have also tried to do the force install directory and the app_update. But it just gives me this long error.

I'm out of ideas and patience, my only solution is to just keep wiping the server after every little update.

I will continue to [Edit] this post as I make progress.
If I'm blind and missed something very obvious feel free to call me an idiot, but I'm new to running servers through the steam cmd, so this is all new to me.

Do I just drag and drop the Oxide-Rust contents directly in the folder and replace?

Edit: I did ↑ and now it's stuck on "Starting server..."

Welp, now that I know the steps to properly doing it, I'll do it on the next one. Thanks a bunch for your help Wulf. I'll go ahead and wipe my server since we did little to nothing and start it fresh.
