I released a plugin that is waiting for approval, and realized it had a few bugs, how do I update it with the bug fixes?

We're debating on whether or not to allow "FPS boosters", "nudity removers", etc.
Everyone tends to want to add another just like it that adds/removes one of the commands it does. -
But i can't upload the new version

as we were saying, it's that the original plugins on legacy where messy, tones of plugins that did the same thing, and tones of plugins that were totally useless.
using such a plugin is kinda crappy as, what if admins wants only part of the plugin?
such a plugin should be configurable at 100% and use all the FPS Boosting thing, not only the grass,
and also it should be optional, so accessible only via commands (not force all players to have the censor off)
or else ... we would need another plugin for that ...
Don't know if i explain well enough.
I think we all did a great job on the new rust plugins, and it would be nice to do the same for legacy.
Indeed it makes plugins harder to code, maybe even longer, but in the end, it works much better for everyone ^^ -
I think its good to look out for very bugged plugins or plugins that could cause damage on the server in any way or plugins that werent tested at all but if a plugin works and does what its expected to do i think every user should be allowed to decide for himself if its useless for him or not.

My main intention is to force the branding of rust on which allows an admin to check the date of a Rust client. I added the small commands in because well, I've had multiple servers over the past year on Multiplay, Gameservers, Streamline-servers.com. I now have a server box. Only reason why I put it in as in my experience it helped with render lag and overall player/client side performance on large population servers. Put that aside the idea of the plugin forces a players branding on so it allows the admin to see what version of rust they are running. Cheaters use outdated clients usually.
