Solved Updated and everything is gone (forced Rust wipe)

    Hey guys i got a problem.
    Yesterday I updated oxide and as I restart the server all was gone I mean sleepers houses all is gone and the confusing thing is even the map has changed.
    All I have done was stop server update oxide and start server.
    Did I do something wrong?

    Nope, just a forced wipe with the Rust update. Oxide doesn't control any of that. The information should be in the Rust devblog.

    I know that oxide doesn't deal with the wipe I read the devblog now everything is clear.. but I ask because my know-how about rust server is kind of little and I thought I did something wrong u know?

    Not to necro this, but is there a forced wipe every month or is that just for official servers or when there is a game-changing mechanic?

    Not that I know of, just generally the first Thursday of each month from past experience.
